Terry Dopson has worked at the University of La Verne (ULV) for the past 4 years. Terry currently works as the Talent Management Coordinator for Student Employment in the Office of Human Resources. Terry administers all facets of Student Employment including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, job separation, payroll, HRIS, and employee relations for approximately 1000 student employees. Terry provides coaching for approximately 100 supervisors on campus.

Prior to his new position, Terry worked as the Coordinator of Finance Administration and University Business Travel in the Office of Financial and Business Services at ULV from July 2017 to June 2019. In this position, Terry delivered administrative support for the Associate Vice President of Finance, Director of Accounting, Director of Treasury Operations, and 10 other full time staff members in the Finance Department.

Finally, Terry also has experience working in undergraduate and transfer admissions when he worked as intern in the Office of Admission at ULV from July 2015 to May 2017.
